festive angels knitted by Sight Support Worthing and theKnit and Natter GRoup

Members of Sight Support Worthing have recently joined forces on a knitting project with local charity Storm. Storm are now our neighbours as they are based close to the Sight Support Worthing Centre in Rowlands Road.

88 angels were knitted by our members with help from Broadwater Library Knit and Natter Group, to which one of our members also belongs.

The Storm angels being handed over to Ginny Cassell

The angels have now been safely handed over to Ginny Cassell from Storm and a whole host will be appearing throughout the Town Centre before Christmas, with notes attached. These will ask people to take them and use them to spread some Christmas cheer, at the end of what has been a difficult year for everyone!

A big thank you to all the members that who took part.
