ππWell done to all the team at Tide of Light for putting on a fantastic indoor Festival at the Assembly Halls on Saturday, after the outdoor events had to be cancelled because of the horrendous weather!
All the giant Lanterns, including Buzzlightfish made by Sight Support Worthing, looked wonderful lit up. The children enjoyed making their smaller lanterns and the entertainment on the stage was great. lets hope the parade can be rearranged for sometime early next year. ππ ...

If you were planning on coming along to the outdoor Tide of Light later then please still come to the relocated The Tide of Light at the Assembly Halls where there will be music and crafting and a giant lantern exhibition for all to enjoy.
2pm Start and a 7pm finish and in between that we have Dan Budd as Robbie Williams Rock Choir Northbrook City Met College plus the very famous Worthing Waggle.
This will be a warm and snug afternoon inside away from the rain - we have crafting activities making lovely lanterns at 3pm and 5pm (book here ow.ly/z3Oc50wZvqS ) and all the giant lanterns will be on display. Come along for this free family festival and celebrate with everyone from the community who has been working hard on their lanterns. ...

ππSad news that the Tide of Light outdoor events have had to be cancelled because of the severe weather forecast.
However please still come along to the Assembly Halls for an Indoor Tide of Light celebration from 3-8pm Saturday. Meet Buzzlightfish and the other lanterns and watch the performers that would have also been entertaining you at Beach Grounds.ππ ...
