A big Thank you to Palm Court Pavilion for welcoming our members over the last few weeks and looking after them so well. A great "socially distant" time has been had by all those who have taken part in these small group trips.

We're continuing our appreciation for fantastic inclusive coaches this #UKCoachingWeek2020 👏

Today, we have a Q&A from inclusive coach Marc, who we first worked with at our National Youth Swimming Gala earlier this year when he delivered our beginner's swimming lessons 🏊‍♀️ Every child he worked with had a huge smile on their face and didn't want their lesson to end....we judge that as a massive success and the sign of a very special coach!!

You can read Marc's story using this link 👉 bit.ly/UKCoachingWeekMarc

If you know any fantastic, inclusive coaches who deserve a shout out this Coaching Week then drop us a line and let us know all about them 🗣

Timeline PhotosLiving Paintings is on The One Show tonight! Please watch BBC One at 7pm 👍
Lucas, 7 years old and blind says it best - "Being filmed by The One Show crew was awesome!”

Please tune in to watch Lucas enjoying our Touch to See books at home and hear his mum, Claire, talk about what Living Paintings means to their family.

Claire said, “We started getting Living Paintings books when Lucas was four, it opened up a whole new world to him. The books have helped Lucas’ confidence grow in reading braille, and during lockdown have helped him to continue practicing his skills. It is fantastic that we are able to have access to such a brilliant resource for Lucas.”

Please donate to give the gift of reading to blind children, like Lucas, all over the UK. Donate via our Just Giving page here 👉 buff.ly/3iRh2NM Thank you.❤️
